By using the Splendid Beauty Studio website and placing orders or bookings, you agree to these terms in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (ECTA).

3. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before dispatch, except where deposit terms apply for salon services. We use secure third-party gateways.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days. Delivery times may vary. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Salon Bookings

Bookings require a deposit where stated. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment forfeit the deposit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and trademarks are the property of Splendid Beauty Studio.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our site or products.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by South African law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
